  • How does Airlло Mobile source its network coverage?

We partner with local mobile network operators in each country to provide reliable data connectivity. Our partnerships are reviewed regularly to ensure quality and coverage standards are maintained.

  • Can I use Airlло Mobile for business travel?

Yes. Our Business Travel Bundles offer high data allowances and priority customer support, making them suitable for frequent business travellers.

  • What is the difference between regional and global plans?

Regional plans cover a specific geographic area (e.g., Latin America) at a lower price point. Global plans cover 100+ countries worldwide and are better suited for multi-region travel.

  • How do I know how much data I have used?

You can check your remaining data in your device settings under the eSIM profile. Some devices also show data usage in the mobile data section of settings.

  • What happens if I lose my phone?

If your device is lost or stolen, contact your home network operator immediately to suspend your physical SIM. Your eSIM plan will remain on the device but cannot be transferred to another device.

  • Can I transfer my eSIM to a new phone?

eSIM profiles are locked to the device they were installed on and cannot be transferred. If you upgrade your phone, you will need to purchase a new plan.

  • Are there any fair use policies?

Yes. All plans are subject to fair use policies to prevent misuse. Plans are intended for personal use only and should not be used for commercial data resale or tethering at scale.

  • What currencies are prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider if you are paying in a different currency.

  • How do I raise a complaint?

Please email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days.
